Změňte.to is a civic platform that empowers Prague citizens to report issues, suggest improvements, and share feedback directly with the city’s administration. The goal was to create a seamless, transparent, and human-centered tool for communication between residents and the city — reducing bureaucracy and making public services more responsive. As the Lead Designer, I defined the product vision, designed core user flows, and translated complex municipal processes into a clear, intuitive digital experience. My work combined service design thinking, UX strategy, and interface design to create a system that feels fast, approachable, and genuinely useful.

Změňte.to redefined how citizens interact with local government. By introducing a transparent, user-friendly process for submitting and tracking public issues, the platform strengthened trust and collaboration between the city and its residents.
