Sbazar.cz is an online marketplace by Seznam.cz, designed for people to buy and sell second-hand goods easily and safely. The platform connects users directly with sellers, allowing them to communicate and arrange delivery in just a few steps. As a UX/UI Designer, I refined the platform’s look and feel, created a component-based design system, and optimized the responsive behavior for better usability across devices. The goal was to make the marketplace experience more intuitive, trustworthy, and visually consistent.
