It allows users to handle official tasks, requests, and documents from the comfort of their home — without waiting in long queues. As the Lead Designer, I defined the overall design strategy, user experience, and component-based system architecture. I established the visual language, design system, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency and accessibility across the entire ecosystem.
